First visit
Your first visit, step by step
Plan on about an hour the first time. Later visits are shorter.

Step 1: Check in
At the front desk: your name and phone. No health form on the website.

Step 2: Talk
The doctor asks you in person, in private, and answers your questions.

Step 3: Exam
A hands-on exam. X-rays only when medically necessary, and the doctor tells you why first.

Step 4: Estimate
You get the cost in writing before any care. If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. Ask us.

Step 5: Care, if recommended
Your doctor explains the risks first. You can say no to any part. You get an itemized receipt.
