What to expect
What a visit includes
A talk, a short exam and a few movements shown in person.
Two or three movements, not a long program
You practice them in the clinic first
An itemized receipt
How long and how often
A visit takes as long as the exam and care need. Your doctor sets a plan after the exam and changes it as you go. We do not promise a number of visits.
What we do not claim
We do not promise results, and results vary. Exercise guidance does not replace care from a physician or a physical therapist.
Risks
Stop any movement that feels wrong and tell your doctor.
At the counter, with an itemized receipt. The fees page says how a fee is set.
Questions about this care
How many visits will I need?
Your doctor sets a plan after the exam and changes it as you go. We do not promise a number of visits. You can stop at any time.
What if I have already seen another provider?
That is fine. Bring what you have, or tell the doctor who you saw. We do not judge other providers, and with your written permission we can share what we find with them.
What is your cancellation policy?
Walk-in visits need no appointment, so there is nothing to cancel. If you booked a time, please call if you cannot come. For the monthly plan: Month to month. Cancel any time in person, by phone or by email, and we refund the unused days of the month, pro rata.
